Join the Southwood Community Gardens this Spring to help plant and grow an extra row of veggies for our local food bank and neighbours in need!
Plant a Row • Grow a Row (www.growarow.org), a veggie growing and sharing initiative spearheaded by The Compost Council of Canada and Garden Writers Association has is distributing free beans and zucchini seeds, courtesy of McKenzie Seeds (www.mckenzieseeds.com), to encourage gardeners across Canada to plant a row for the hungry.
