If you answered yes to ALL three of these questions, then read on.

You need to spend 30% out of your own pocket and the City will GIVE you 70% up to a maximum of $25,000. Based on a rent of $500 per month, you would be making money in less than two years.
Do you already have a suite that doesn’t meet building or fire codes? This grant can also be used to bring your existing suite up to code.
