*in order to win, you must be a current member of the Southwood Community Association in good standing and you must be present when the draw takes place at our AGM, June 5th.

Memberships will be for sale at the door: $20 household, $10 senior household.
Notice of the Special Resolution
Be it resolved that Section 3.1.3 of the Southwood Community Association Bylaws, as amended Oct 15, 2007 be amended to read as follows:
3.1.3. QUORUM
Ten (10) members in good standing shall constitute a quorum at the Annual General Meeting.
